Our primary research area is from I-80 and CA Route 20 on the north;
CA Routes 49 and 193 on the west;
US Route 50 and CA & NV Route 88 on the south,
and Lake Tahoe on the east.
The research area on this map is Stampede Reservoir north of Truckee on CA HWY 89. The highway runs through the west area and the Truckee River drains into the reservoir.
